Your goal is to reach out to potential customers, explain our platform benefits, and convert prospects into paying clients.
calling/telesales
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to manufacturers, exporters, importers, and trading companies.
Introduce and explain Shipscout's platform and services confidently.
Follow a sales script while customizing the pitch based on the prospect.
Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Meet daily and weekly call & conversion targets.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to refine messaging.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in
cold calling/telesales / B2B lead generation
.
Excellent
communication and convincing skills
in English or Hindi (Regional languages are a plus).
Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Basic computer and CRM usage skills.
This is a sales-focused position. While the base pay may appear modest, our
incentives are uncapped
-- top performers regularly earn
nearly 5-10x times their base salary
through consistent sales.
During first month, you performance will be observed, and if the number are good then you'll be given a base salary increase.
