Job Description

We are looking for an

experienced Sales Executive

who can generate leads, build relationships with business owners, and promote Shipscout's trade intelligence services.
Your goal is to reach out to potential customers, explain our platform benefits, and convert prospects into paying clients.

Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to manufacturers, exporters, importers, and trading companies. Introduce and explain Shipscout's platform and services confidently. Follow a sales script while customizing the pitch based on the prospect. Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Meet daily and weekly call & conversion targets. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to refine messaging.

Requirements:



Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in

cold calling/telesales / B2B lead generation

. Excellent

communication and convincing skills

in English or Hindi (Regional languages are a plus). Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude. Basic computer and CRM usage skills.
This is a sales-focused position. While the base pay may appear modest, our

incentives are uncapped

-- top performers regularly earn

nearly 5-10x times their base salary

through consistent sales.

During first month, you performance will be observed, and if the number are good then you'll be given a base salary increase.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
