  • Role: Sales Executive

  • Salary : 12 \xe2\x80\x93 15k INR + Incentives
Responsibilities :
  • Attending to customer queries through Facebook, Instagram, emails, and phone calls.
  • Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentation, Complaints handling, etc.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and customer responses.
  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi with negotiation skills.
  • Designing & preparing itineraries & outbound holiday packages for customers.
  • Should have experience in a travel company.
  • Convincing clients to buy company services.
  • Inside sales job, Reach the sales and revenue targets
  • Working in coordination with the Marketing team
Requirement :
  • Any graduate/post-graduate.
  • Excellent customer focus & strong communication skills, self-driven, and has a passion for pursuing a career in travel.
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • A highly motivated individual who can deliver continuously under a target-driven sales environment
  • Sound knowledge of domestic travel trends
  • Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or a relevant field
  • experience in the travel sales industry is an advantage.
