Job Description

Key Responsibilities


1. Lead Generation & Prospect Development



Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, property expos, digital marketing leads, and broker networking. Maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and scheduling follow-ups. Actively participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and events to enhance lead generation.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management



Contact prospective customers to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget. Arrange and conduct property presentations and site visits with potential buyers. Build trust and rapport with clients by providing clear project details, price structures, payment plans, and legal aspects. Act as the single point of contact for customers throughout the sales cycle.

3. Sales Negotiation & Closure



Present the value proposition of the property effectively and handle objections confidently. Negotiate price, payment terms, and other deal aspects within company guidelines. Achieve monthly/quarterly individual and team sales targets. Secure booking confirmations and guide clients through the agreement signing process.

4. Documentation & Post-Sales Support



Assist clients with required paperwork, loan applications, and registration formalities. Ensure accurate documentation is maintained as per company and legal requirements. Liaise with CRM, Finance, and Legal teams for smooth handovers and after-sales service.

5. Market Awareness & Competitor Analysis



Keep track of competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market trends. Share regular insights with management to refine sales strategy. Monitor customer feedback to improve service delivery.

6. Reporting & Coordination



Prepare daily call logs, enquiry reports, and lead follow-up trackers. Update CRM systems with lead status and closure details. Submit weekly/monthly sales performance reports to Sales Manager/VP Sales. Coordinate with Marketing team to run effective campaigns for sales support.

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities. Customer-first approach with strong relationship-building skills. Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work under pressure. Professional appearance and positive attitude while dealing with clients. Knowledge of real estate documentation, RERA guidelines, and basic property laws is an added advantage. Computer literacy: MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1-4 years of experience in real estate/property sales or direct B2C sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills and passion for real estate sales may also be considered. Familiarity with the local real estate market and strong client networking will be a plus.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Achievement of individual and team sales targets. Lead-to-conversion ratio. Client satisfaction and feedback ratings. Timely submission of sales reports and documentation accuracy.
