We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in real estate. The primary responsibilities include generating leads, building client relationships, showcasing properties, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibility:
Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and referrals. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to understand requirements and showcase available options. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Stay updated with market trends, property values, competitors, and upcoming developments. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies. Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and follow-up records. Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
