Sales Executive
with a strong background in real estate sales. The role involves client handling, lead generation, and closing sales for our premium residential and commercial projects located across
Delhi, Haryana, and Rajasthan
.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels including walk-ins, references, and digital platforms.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
Handle negotiations, closures, and maintain client relationships.
Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for post-sales support.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Experience & Skills Required:
Experience:
1-3 years in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
Sound knowledge of property markets in
Delhi, Haryana & Rajasthan
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Should have own conveyance and willingness to travel for client visits.
Compensation:
?3 LPA - ?4.2 LPA
(?25,000-?35,000 per month) + Attractive Incentives
