Good communication skills and Convincing abilities *Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts. *To understand the customer\'s requirements and demands and close the sales deal efficiently *Should be able to collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them *Responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely and solving questions in regard with the product\'s knowledge or services provided by the company *To boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential clients *Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis and required to write down important information provided by the customers *follow up with the Potential clients on a regular basis till the positive outcome *Suggesting solutions based on customer\'s needs and requirements. *Problem-solving skills. *Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.
