Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to identify new sales opportunities, generate new customers, conduct market survey activities to understand the current market trends.The ideal candidate is expected to build and maintain long- lasting customer relationship, under the guidance of the Sales Manager.Job Responsibility

• Meeting clients during sales visits to establish new businesses and increase the distribution channel pan India.
• Ensuring that the monthly or annual sales targets are met.
• Assist the sales team in conducting sales tours pan India.
• Keeping a track on inventory and monitoring sellout for each brand in all the retail outlets.
• Work on new product listings, stock reorders and stock allocations.
• Manage front line sales promoters/VM's their schedules, communicate relevant information and target tracking.
• Managing all visual merchandiser's and store staff's daily reporting.
• Manage budgets for incentives and execution of Incentive plans and promotions (Internal and External).
• Checking and submitting monthly incentives, expense claims and attendance for VM's.
• Key account management for all customers and follow up on customer receivables.

Job Requirement

• Willing to travel anywhere in India.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organized and responsible, multitasking while being committed to excellence
• Good computer skills (MS Office) especially knowledge of Excel formulae (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP etc.)
