Job Description

*note: Morning shift for female candidateCheck mails-reply to mails. Send new mails

  • Work on Knowlarity, 24Bitrix, Google ads, mails, & networking for lead generation.
  • Check yearly billing of Knowlarity, negotiate with Knowlarity member & renew the plans & check monthly number of feedback forms in 24Bitrix free plan.
  • Keep an eye on google ads billing and other things
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities & evaluate customer needs.
  • Generating leads through calling, networking & advertising.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients.
  • Keep records of every call such as clients name, clients company name, their requirement, mail address & contact details.
  • Keeping records of each call and receiving email addresses for quotes and other discussions.
  • Answering client queries about credit terms, product, prices, and availability of autos, locations and suggest them for better advertising plan.
  • Share quotation to each lead then call the client to remind about the quote.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiating the price and elaborating our advertising plan.
  • Finalise the rate, term and conditions of the payments and services.
  • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
  • Receive design from the client share to designer team.
  • Take sample hood print photos and sent to client for further approval.
  • Take approval from client and share to the printing team
  • Create workbook with installation tea &production team .share the workbook to the client after approval from the boss.
  • Make any kind of changes to the workbook accordingly special requirement of the client.
  • Finalise the plan and share to team.
  • Share daily installation updates to the clients.
  • Collect data from installation team and generate campaign report.
  • After completion of the installation ,generate PDF & photos folder and submit to the client.
  • Keep records for campaign daily number of autos installation ,location, and employees details.
  • Raise the invoice with the help of accountant and submit the invoice.
  • Keep an eye on AWS server account for campaign data application, collection.
  • Check monthly billing of AWS server for campaign data storage.
  • Website changes and up gradation.
  • Try to achieve monthly sales target with aim to finalize each deal.
  • Prepare monthly or quarterly sales reports and submit to boss.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with boss.
  • Creating company profiles quotations and other presentations documents.
  • Understand and promote the company programs.
  • Obtained deposits and payments from clients and check with account teams.
  • Take follow ups for next deal.
  • Building relationship with clients with calls and messages.
  • Other than this-perform other office duties as assigned.
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures.
