Job Description

Experience: 8 to 15 years

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on maximizing revenue and market share.

Client Relationship Management:

Identify and cultivate relationships with existing and potential clients, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers.

Lead Generation & Sales:

Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.

Negotiation & Contract Management:

Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring they align with the hotel's financial goals and client needs.

Client Meetings & Presentations:

Conduct sales calls, site inspections, client presentations, and hotel familiarization visits.

Event Coordination:

Manage and coordinate hotel event bookings, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other hotel departments (e.g., marketing, operations, revenue management) to align sales efforts and maximize revenue.

Customer Service:

Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, fostering long-term relationships.

Market Research:

Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Upselling and Cross-selling:

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell hotel services to maximize revenue.
Skills & Qualifications:

Sales Experience:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills.

Negotiation Skills:

Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.

Customer Relationship Management:

Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships.

Time Management:

Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the sales process.

Teamwork:

Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and team members.

Knowledge of Hotel Operations:

Understanding of hotel operations and revenue management principles.

Proficiency in Sales Technologies:

Experience with CRM systems and other sales-related software.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
