Job Description

Identifying new business opportunities:

Developing and delivering sales pitches:

Managing the sales cycle:

From initial contact to closing deals, including follow-up and contract negotiation.

Building and nurturing client relationships:

Ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships for repeat business.

Collaborating with internal teams:

Working with marketing, product development, and other teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Tracking sales metrics and reporting:

Monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and forecasting future sales.

Staying informed about the market:

Keeping up with industry trends, competitors, and customer demands to improve sales effectiveness.

Achieving sales targets and quotas:

Consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Providing excellent customer service:

Responding to inquiries, offering advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Negotiating contracts and deals:

Securing favorable terms and conditions for the company.

Maintaining accurate sales records:

Keeping track of all sales activities, including calls, leads, and deals.

Participating in trade fairs and conferences:

Networking and promoting the company's products or services.
