Roles & Responsibilities:-
Responsible for generating sales.
Good understanding of the real estate market and processes in the life cycle of Real Estate transaction.
Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.
Contacting customers and understanding their requirements i.e., budget, facilities that they would require
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Collaborate with team to achieve better results
To gauge what a prospect customer really wants and act accordingly
Maintaining excellent relationships with client.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Fast learner and passion for sales
Must have Real Estate experience
Willing to work in rotational offs and should be comfortable with a pure outbound calling process
