Job Description


Job Title: Sales Executive (NVOCC Industry) Location: Mumbai, IndiaSalary : Rs.40,000/- (Negotiable) Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets within the Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the logistics and shipping industry. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential clients.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including shippers, consignees, freight forwarders, and other industry stakeholders.
4. Present and promote our services to clients, including our online software and explaining the value proposition and differentiating features of our NVOCC solutions.
5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
6. Negotiate rates and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
7. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments and timely delivery of services to clients.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
9. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and expand business connections.
10. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements to the sales manager. Requirements:
1. 70% and above scores in 10th and 12th academic years.
2. Bachelor\'s degree in any field.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
4. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets and delivering results.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
7. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
8. Willingness to travel within Mumbai and occasionally outside the city for client meetings and industry events.
9. Fluency in English and local language(s) is required. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Salary: Up to 40,000.00 per month Benefits:
