Job Description

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building



Identify and approach potential clients (individuals, corporates, HNIs). Conduct meetings to understand clients' investment needs and risk appetite. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
2.

Sales & Revenue Generation



Promote and sell mutual fund products (equity, debt, hybrid, etc.). Achieve assigned sales targets (SIP registrations, AUM growth, etc.). Upsell and cross-sell related financial products where applicable.
3.

Market Research & Product Knowledge



Stay updated on mutual fund products, NAVs, performance, and market trends. Understand and explain fund features, risk-return profiles, and benefits to clients. Monitor competitor offerings and market developments.
4.

Client Servicing & Support



Provide after-sales service and support including account opening, transaction processing, and documentation. Resolve client queries regarding investments, statements, redemptions, etc.
5.

Compliance & Documentation



Ensure complete KYC and compliance as per regulatory norms (SEBI, AMFI). Maintain proper records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback.
6.

Reporting & Coordination



Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports. Coordinate with internal departments (operations, compliance, customer service). Attend regular training and review meetings.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
