Job Summary
- Making Outbound calls on a daily basis to the customers and understanding their actual requirements and budget for Residential Property
- Managing leads from various sources and generating potential customers to various project sales teams
- To help the sales team qualify leads
- Lead Generation & Handling Walk in Customers
- Making Presentation about Project to Clients
- Follow Up with Clients for Site Visits
- Coordinate appointments to show Site to prospective Buyers
- Collaboration with Real Estate Agents / Consultants
- Managing Sales/Site Inspections
- Handling customer queries
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to Detail
- Cell phone reimbursement

- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Residential Property Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
