About the role:

Looking for Associate Investment Manager with an outgoing personalities with customer courteous behavior and skill set to convince customers to fulfill the company targets

Job responsibilities:

End to end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenant leads

Scheduling and conducting property site visit

Intermediate negotiation processes between the owner & the potential tenant and eventual deal closing

Maintain and update databases of daily activities as per company standards

Expand the offline broker network & maintaining healthy relations aimed towards better/swift deal closing

Compensation:

Fixed: (depending on interview) < Minimum 2.5 LPA Maximum 4LPA ( bracket open depending on experience)>

Incentives on sales revenue
