Out bound sample & Shade card tracker
Customer feedback form
Customer contact data case
Coordinating for NDA & Agenda
Arranging requirements for complaint handling
Circulation of change notification to customers
Submitting STD, Statutory DOCS, As per Customer Req.
Submission of LOA Against LOA req. form
Customer visit tracker
In bound/ Out bound sample tracker
