1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on growth as per organisation objective. This includes identifying target markets, developing sales plans, and ensuring that sales targets for both Top Line and Bottom Line are met or exceeded. 2. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key customers, and develop strategies to expand the company\'s customer base. 3. Customer Service: Ensure that the sales team provides high-quality customer service, responds to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, and ensures customer satisfaction. 4. Marketing Support: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and support marketing efforts to drive sales and brand awareness. 5. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company\'s products, solutions, and competitive landscape. Percolate the knowledge and awareness to Sales Team to effectively position the company\'s products and solutions to customers. 6. Product Development: Keep a watch on industry & customer trends. Identify the product/solution needs. Work closely with Product Development Team for developing new products and solutions for making highly profitable & successful sales. Prerequisites: a) Age should ideally be between 30 to 35 years. b) 5-7 years\' experience in a similar position with a proven record of conducting successful sales growth. c) Must understand Pharma and Healthcare Promotion Ecosystem. d) Must have good network connects on the client side to build and grow sales effectively. e) Have Fire in Belly for exponential growth (organisational & personal).
