Job Description

Candidate must have experience of 5 to 10 years and perform the roles and responsibilities given below:1. Review existing investee or grantee product quality, brand and marketing strategy2. Develop and implement product quality protocols for field operations (sourcing, processing) and warehousing.3. Market product to roaster-retailers and build brand awareness.4. Studying the market in the target country or countries5. Identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts6. Planning a sales campaign suited to that country and current consumer trends7. Planning and reviewing budgets for product ranges8. Meeting with clients here or overseas9. Negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets.10. Organising licences and other legal requirements for certain products, such as pharmaceuticals11. Managing administration, such as orders, contracts and export documents12. Troubleshooting to sort out any problems with the exports.Candidate must be:1. Self-confident and outgoing2. A good organiser and an excellent communicator3. Good negotiator4. Business minded, with IT and finance skills5. Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets6.
