Make daily calls to hot, warm, and cold leads provided.
Engage with working professionals and students to understand their learning needs.
Present and explain course offerings clearly and persuasively.
Maintain accurate and updated records of all leads in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads consistently to maximize conversion opportunities.
Convert qualified leads into successful enrolments.
Achieve or exceed monthly revenue and enrolment targets.
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead feedback and strategy improvements.
Handle both incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Provide timely updates and reports on lead status and sales performance.
