Job Description

Customer interaction and sales

Greet and assist customers in the showroom or on the lot. Assess customer needs, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable vehicles. Provide in-depth information on vehicle features, benefits, and pricing. Arrange and conduct test drives for interested customers. Negotiate final prices and terms for vehicle purchases. Discuss and sell appropriate finance and insurance products. Respond to customer inquiries and overcome objections.
Sales management and administration

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale. Prepare and process all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales and financing. Maintain accurate sales records and manage a database of leads. Follow up with potential customers after initial contact. Liaise with other dealership departments, such as the finance department, to complete sales.
Product knowledge and showroom duties

Stay up-to-date on new models, features, and competitor offerings. Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including the showroom and vehicle displays. Participate in product and sales training sessions. Assist in the delivery of vehicles to customers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
