We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our HR software solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of HRMS systems, and the ability to build lasting client relationships to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

: ₹ Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
? Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase HR software features and benefits.
? Understand client requirements and provide tailored software solutions.
? Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
? Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
? Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for lead nurturing and customer feedback.
? Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business.

Qualifications & Skills

:

? Graduation
? 0-2 years of experience in software/HRMS or B2B sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.
? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Good understanding of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, performance, etc.) is an advantage.
? Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude. Work Environment:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
