Job Description

Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and social media.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Product/Service Promotion

- Present and explain products or services to prospective customers, highlighting features and benefits.

Sales Target Achievement

- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and revenue targets.

Negotiation & Closing Deals

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to successfully close sales.

Market Research

- Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Customer Support

- Provide after-sales service and resolve client queries or issues promptly.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports in CRM or databases.

Team Collaboration

- Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and sales effectiveness.

Continuous Learning

- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and sales techniques.
