Job Description

Customer Interaction:

Greet customers, assess their needs, and provide detailed information on vehicle features, options, and benefits.

Sales and Demonstration:

Conduct test drives and explain warranties and services to showcase product performance.

Negotiation and Sales Closure:

Negotiate prices, facilitate financing options, overcome objections, and close sales by completing necessary paperwork.

Follow-up:

Maintain a follow-up system to ensure customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.

Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about current products, new models, features, and industry trends to provide accurate and valuable advice.

Sales Management:

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to sales data through reporting and analysis.

Showroom and Inventory:

Maintain a clean and organized showroom and assist with the reconditioning and display of vehicles.

Customer Service:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and provide a high level of service.

Sales and Negotiation:

Proven sales and negotiation skills to successfully close deals and achieve targets.

Product Knowledge:

A strong understanding of various car models, features, and the competitive landscape.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer information and sales data.

Driving Skills:

A valid driver's license is required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
