Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets while representing the company's products/services professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and handle objections effectively.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Good presentation and convincing abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection positively.
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
Qualifications:
Graduate
0-3 years of sales/business development experience (freshers may also apply).
