Core duties and responsibilities

Prospect and lead generation

: Identify and reach out to potential customers through various methods like cold calls, emails, and networking.

Sales presentations and demonstrations

: Present and explain products or services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and features.

Negotiation and closing

: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets.

Client relationship management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through follow-ups, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Market analysis

: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, identify new business opportunities, and stay updated on competitor activities.

Sales pipeline and data management

: Manage the sales pipeline, track sales progress, and maintain accurate client and sales data, often using a CRM tool.

Reporting

: Prepare and present reports on sales activities, conversion rates, market trends, and other key metrics.

After-sales support

: Provide ongoing support to customers to ensure they are satisfied and to encourage repeat business or referrals.

Strategic contribution
