Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and prepare customised proposals.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution walkthroughs for potential clients.
Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents with accurate and timely information.
Assist in preparing technical documentation, pricing sheets, and sales collaterals.
Collaborate with internal departments (technical, operations, product) to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
Analyse client requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups.
Support the sales team in closing deals by providing technical and commercial insights.
Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field (preferred).
2-3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Support, or related roles.
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to customers.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
