Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting -

Identify potential customers through calls, networking, social media, and referrals.

Customer Engagement -

Approach, meet, and build relationships with clients to understand their needs.

Product/Service Presentation -

Explain and demonstrate company offerings effectively to customers.

Sales Conversion -

Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Market Research -

Keep track of industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Follow-ups -

Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients for repeat business. Reporting - Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or sales records.

After-Sales Support -

Ensure customer satisfaction, handle queries, and resolve issues.

Collaboration -

Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to deliver services smoothly.

Revenue Growth -

Contribute to increasing company sales and profitability.
