Responsibilities:- . A sales executive is crucial for business growth responsible for driving revenue by selling a company\xe2\x80\x99s product or service \xe2\x80\x93 by bringing in new clients and maintaining existing ones. \xc2\xb7 Whether you\xe2\x80\x99re a B2B or B2C business, sales executives have exceptional product knowledge with strong commercial awareness about inside sales, field sales, and the industry.
. The duties and responsibilities of a sales executive include working with customers to understand their requirements, recommend services/product to meet those needs, and provide feedback to cross-functional teams for product development. \xc2\xb7 Bring in new clients for our organization while retaining the existing ones. You will act as the key point of contact for our clients. \xc2\xb7 Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, negotiate contracts, and finalize sales deals. \xc2\xb7 Work with other departments (marketing, content, customer service) to maintain and boost customer experience. \xc2\xb7 Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products, at home and abroad. Skills:- \xc2\xb7 You have at least three (3) years of experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B Company. \xc2\xb7 You have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and strategies. \xc2\xb7 You have excellent interpersonal skills, research capabilities, negotiation skills, and essential analytical capabilities. \xc2\xb7 You are fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language. Requirements:- \xc2\xb7 A degree in marketing, sales, ads/promotions, communication, business management, or a similar field \xc2\xb7 Skilled in CRM and lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and HubSpot \xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel \xc2\xb7 Credible sales certifications such as CISP and CSLP \xc2\xb7 Freshers also Welcome. Salary Range:- \xc2\xb7 10K-15K (Depends on Skills, Experience, etc) Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per month Benefits:
