SUMMARY We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive with a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. Ideally from a Health/Fitness sales background, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by conducting client consultation calls, selling personal training trials and packages, and nurturing long-term relationships with our valued members. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to build rapport will enable you to positively impact people\'s lives while simultaneously exceeding sales targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct client consultation calls to understand their goals, timeline, and fitness needs. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to secure new clients. Sell personal training & nutrition coaching trials and packages to expand our membership base. Act as an Account Manager for regular progress tracking. Coordinate with clients on feedback, program adjustments, and check-in calls to ensure their satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records to ensure seamless service delivery. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and growth strategies. Actively pursue new clients through various channels, including online marketing, social media, and networking events. Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers. Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals. JOB REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in sales, ideally in the Health/Fitness industry. Demonstrated proficiency in tele-sales/tele-marketing and customer service (post sales). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster trust. Impeccable time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Adeptness to work independently and as part of a team to achieve collective goals. Strong work ethic and unwavering dedication to achieving targets. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
