Job Description

The Sales Executive will drive sales of welding consumables, equipment, and Non?Destructive Testing (NDT) solutions within an assigned territory. This role requires a technically competent sales professional who can develop distributor relationships, deliver product demonstrations and training, and consistently achieve revenue targets while providing market feedback to support business growth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Distributor Management: Work closely with distributors to expand market presence and improve channel performance.

• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.

• Customer Engagement: Conduct product presentations, seminars, demonstrations, and technical trainings for customers and channel partners.

• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, convert leads, and develop proposals using strong commercial acumen.

• Relationship Building: Build and maintain long?term relationships with key customers, fabricators, EPC contractors, and service providers.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends; provide actionable market insights to the sales manager.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and territory activity reports.

Skills and Competencies

• Communication: Fluent in English and the local regional language of the assigned territory.

• Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

• Independence: Ability to work autonomously, plan territory activities, and meet targets.

Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel frequently (approximately every 15 days) within the territory.

• Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation and problem?solving mindset.

IT Skills: Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and preparing sales reports
