Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic "Real estate sales executive" passionate about sales, growth, and earning.

\xc2\xb7 Conducting market research to identify potential real estate opportunities.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible to convert potential leads to till sales closer.

\xc2\xb7 Assisting Site visits for the buyer along with team members.

\xc2\xb7 Post visit provide all support to ensure smooth closure of the deal on paper as per Team managers guidance.

\xc2\xb7 Everyday follow-up, track all assigned leads

\xc2\xb7 Managing good customer relationships & be a great team player

Requirements

Qualifications:

Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and property sales processes.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
