Parent Company : Verder Scientific Private Limited Hiring Division : RETSCH JOB LOCATION : Hyderabad / Delhi / kolkata / Mumbai / Gujarat / Bangalore Retsch GmbH is leading manufacturer of laboratory equipment for sample preparation and particle size analysis. With over 100 years of experience in milling, sieving and assaying technologies, Retsch has been a pioneer across various industries including cement, pharma, steel, coal, automobile etc. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Sales Executive to join our Verder team in Hyderabad / Delhi / kolkata / Mumbai / Gujarat / Bangalore and drive sales of Retsch\'s industry-leading range of products. Responsibilities : Maintaining and increasing sales of Retsch\'s products in an assigned territory Achieving monthly and annual sales targets Establishing and expanding customer base for Retsch\'s range of milling, sieving, grinding and other laboratory equipment Servicing existing customers and addressing needs through appropriate Retsch solutions Conduct product demonstrations and plant visits to showcase Retsch\'s equipment capabilities to prospective clients Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers Reporting You will Primarily be reporting to the Area Sales Manager. Secondary reporting is to the Product Manager - Retsch Requirements 2-3 years of sales experience in scientific/analytical equipment industry Educational background - B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Basic working knowledge of material characterization techniques and familiarity with equipment such as ball mills, sieving machines etc. used in pharma and research labs Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills Should be target driven and able to work independently 1-2 years sales experience in Pharma Industries / Ceramic / Engineering / Construction / Abrasive Material /Commercial Testing Laboratories / Material Research would be an added advantage.
