A Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, promoting products or services, and closing sales to achieve business revenue targets. The role involves building strong customer relationships, understanding client needs, and maintaining consistent follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, meetings, and references.
Meet clients to present company products/services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
Conduct market research and track competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
Maintain sales records and update CRM or reports regularly.
Attend exhibitions, events, or site visits when required.
