Job Description

Responsibilities:-



1. Lead Generation:



Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and online research.

Generate new business opportunities and maintain a sales pipeline.

2. Customer Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service solutions.

3. Sales Presentations & Negotiation:



Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and close sales deals effectively.

4. Achieving Sales Targets:



Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Work towards company revenue and growth objectives.

5. Market Research:



Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams.

6. Reporting & Documentation:



Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports.

Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM software.

7. Customer Support:



Ensure after-sales support and handle customer queries or complaints.

Maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

8. Team Collaboration:



Coordinate with the marketing, finance, and operations teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
