Responsibilities:



Identify and Generate Leads


Search for potential customers through calls, emails, field visits, and social media.

Explain Products/Services


Provide clear information about the product, pricing, features, and benefits.

Meet Sales Targets


Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the company.

Customer Relationship Management


Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Follow-up & Convert Leads


Regularly follow up with prospects and convert them into paying customers.

Handle Customer Queries


Resolve customer doubts and provide accurate information.

Prepare Sales Reports


Maintain records of sales activities, customer data, and target achievements.

Market Research


Understand customer needs, competitor products, and market trends.

Negotiate and Close Deals


Offer pricing, negotiate terms, and close sales smoothly.

Coordinate With Internal Teams


Work with marketing, operations, and support teams for order processing and customer service.

Attend Meetings & Training


Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated.
