Key Responsibilities



Drive

inside and field sales

for gensets and power equipment. Conduct

B2B client meetings and product demonstrations

to showcase solutions.

Generate leads

, explore market opportunities, and build strong client relationships. Carry out

site inspections and load studies

to recommend the most suitable genset solutions.

Negotiate and close sales deals

to consistently achieve business targets. Foster

long-term customer relationships

to secure repeat business and referrals. Stay proactive by

tracking market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements

.

Requirements



? Bachelor's degree in any discipline
?

2-3 years of relevant B2B sales experience

(preferably in genset/power equipment)
? Proficiency in

English & Hindi


? Strong

communication, client-facing, and negotiation skills


? Familiarity with

sales software/CRM

tools (added advantage)
? Proven ability to

approach, pitch, and build trust

with clients.
