Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue for the hotel by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting the hotel's services. The role involves achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue growth for the property.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate accounts, travel agents, event organizers, and other channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Conduct sales calls, client visits, and property tours to showcase hotel facilities and services. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts for conferences, banquets, groups, and corporate stays. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management. Work closely with the Reservations, Front Office, F&B, and Banquet teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business leads in the sales system/CRM. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities. Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and client entertainment activities. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager/Director.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
