Job Description

Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling the hotel's rooms, F&B outlets, banquets, and other hospitality services. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers. Promote hotel rooms, banquet facilities, restaurants, and other services to maximize revenue. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients. Conduct regular sales calls, property visits, and client meetings to build business. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors, market trends, and customer needs. Coordinate with operations teams (Front Office, F&B, Banquets, Reservations) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management. Handle guest inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review. Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Excellent presentation and networking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and hotel sales systems (IDS/Opera preferred). Positive attitude, customer-focused, and result-oriented.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
