Job Description

Business development:

Actively source and develop new business opportunities from corporate clients, groups, and events.

Client relationship management:

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and providing excellent service.

Sales execution:

Conduct sales calls, present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue goals.

Market analysis:

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance data to inform sales strategies and pricing.

Internal collaboration:

Work with other departments like marketing, operations, and food and beverage (F&B) to align on strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Reporting and tracking:

Track sales performance using tools like CRM software and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Event management:

Organize and attend sales events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
