As a Sales Executive for Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCV), your primary responsibility is to promote and sell heavy-duty trucks to clients in the transportation and logistics industry. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable vehicle solutions. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, good communication skills, and a sound knowledge of heavy commercial vehicles. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential customers in the transportation, logistics, and construction industries.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate heavy commercial vehicle solutions.
  • Product Presentation and Demonstration:
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of heavy commercial vehicles.
  • Highlight key selling points such as performance, durability, safety features, and fuel efficiency.
  • Sales Negotiation and Closure:
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sale, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Close sales deals and obtain purchase orders or contracts from customers.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
  • Set and achieve sales targets for heavy commercial vehicles as defined by management.
  • Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis:
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
  • Customer Service and After-Sales Support:
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or heavy commercial vehicles industry.
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Working Conditions:
