Designation: Sales Executive Location: Gurugram, Haryana Experience: Minimum 0-3 Years of Experience (Experience in the property management or real estate industry is a plus) Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Sales Closure by Onboarding interested clients.
  • Calling Leads- Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation.
  • Scheduling Visit; Understanding clients Requirement Scheduling Visits.
  • Going on-ground and meeting clients.
  • Regular Follow ups; on leads & work on new leads.
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals shared by management & achieve targets numbers.
  • Building & maintaining relationships with property owners.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
  • Building & networking with brokers/people for lead generation.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to the management.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the assigned territory.
  • Regularly visit customer sites to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide personalised assistance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers, educating them on product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute customer projects, ensuring smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers. Monitor customer accounts, track sales activities, and provide accurate reports andfeedback to management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to build brand awareness and expand the customer base. Uphold company policies and procedures, including compliance with safety regulations and ethical standards.
Skills required:
  • Pleasing personality with excellent Written and Spoken English.
  • Great presentation skills.
  • Highly-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
