Sales Executive- White Collar Realty About White Collar Realty:

Our services cover the entire spectrum, encompassing search and discovery, transactions, home loans, property management, and post-sales services. Roles and Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
Present and clarify product features and benefits to customers.
Proactively initiate and participate in sales calls to establish connections with new prospects.
Successfully conclude new business deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts.
Identify potential business opportunities by establishing contact with potential customers.
Set and pursue yearly targets and objectives.
Identify new opportunities by analyzing business needs. Qualifications: Any Graduate.
Candidates from non-management backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Minimum experience required (1-5 years).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
