We are hiring for an International Sales Executive for our manufacturing company. (GREATER NOIDA LOCATION) :

Understand Overseas Market/ Customer requirement on Product, Prices, Delivery, Quality, Service etc.

• Uploading products over B2B Platforms like Alibaba, Indiamart, TradeIndia.

• Should be able to design & implement strategy with respect to country specific requirements.

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering and understanding customer needs.

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. Understanding P & L.

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

• Proven track record of exceeding targets in sales, > 1 year of experience in Sales.

• Overall experience must not be more than 7 years.

• Fluency in English, ability and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills.

• Comfortable with exceeding work timing based on process need.

• Working knowledge of Salesforce, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets ), and PowerPoint will be an added advantage.

• Versant (online test) is an added advantage.This is an integral part of the recruitment process, which will also be useful to determine the country/process of work.

• Experience on working of SRM software is an added advantage.

Immediate joiners are preferred. Must have 1 month or less notice period.

• Should be of Marketing field with Graduation or MBA in Marketing.

• Should have marketing experience in selling products preferrably Beauty products.

• Should be of age group between 22 years to 35 years.

• Should be fluent in English in Speech & written communication
