3. Market Research

Studying market trends and competitor activities Identifying new business opportunities
4. Product Knowledge

Having in-depth knowledge of products or services Explaining product features and benefits to customers
5. Negotiation & Closing Deals

Negotiating prices and terms Closing sales and securing orders
6. Order Processing & Follow-up

Preparing quotations and sales orders Following up on deliveries and payments
7. Sales Reporting

Maintaining sales records Preparing daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports
8. Coordination with Other Departments

Working with marketing, accounts, and logistics teams Ensuring smooth order execution
9. After-Sales Service

Ensuring customer satisfaction after sales Encouraging repeat business
10. Compliance & Ethics

Following company policies Maintaining professional conduct and ethical sales practices
