Job Description

Achieve sales targets and revenue goals as assigned. Promote and sell company products or services. Identify and develop new customers through cold calls, visits, and referrals. Generate leads and convert them into sales. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Provide market feedback to management. Maintain thorough knowledge of products, pricing, and features. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. Prepare quotations and negotiate prices and terms. Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and operations for order fulfillment. Maintain sales records and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports. Track performance against targets. Follow up on payments and outstanding dues when required. Coordinate with finance/accounts for collections. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Provide post-sales service and support. Follow company sales policies and ethical standards. Ensure proper documentation and approvals.
