Core Sales Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
Promote and sell company products/services to prospective customers
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at client locations
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Address customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support issues
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Market & Territory Management
Plan and manage daily field activities within assigned territory
Conduct market research and gather competitor intelligence
Identify new markets, customers, and sales opportunities
Monitor market trends and customer feedback
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Update CRM systems with customer and sales data
Coordination & Compliance
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance
Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and payment collection
Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices
Performance & Growth
Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge
Participate in training programs and sales meetings
Represent the company professionally in the field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
