Responsible for driving sales growth by developing strong relationships with distributors, industrial clients, and automotive customers. Manage sales operations, achieve targets, expand market presence, and ensure customer satisfaction across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, acquire, and onboard new distributors and customers in automotive and industrial segments
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per business objectives
Maintain and grow business with existing clients through regular visits and follow-ups
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and training for customers as needed
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to support strategic decisions
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely deliveries and order fulfilment
Monitor payment collections, credit limits, and resolve billing issues
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management review
