Job Description

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identify and generate potential leads from the real estate sector (developers, brokers, agents, etc.).

Research market trends and competitor offerings to identify sales opportunities.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through calls, emails, and networking.

2. Client Meetings & Presentations



Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

Understand client requirements and offer customized CRM software solutions.

Ensure professional follow-up to convert leads into confirmed sales.

3. Sales Target Achievement



Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.

Track and report progress through CRM software and sales dashboards.

Work closely with the sales manager to plan strategies for revenue growth.

4. CRM Management & Data Accuracy



Update all client interactions, follow-ups, and deals in the CRM system.

Ensure accurate and timely data entry to maintain clean and updated records.

Use CRM analytics to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

5. Client Relationship Management



Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.

Coordinate with technical and support teams for smooth onboarding and implementation.

6. Market Intelligence & Reporting



Collect and share insights on market trends, client preferences, and competitor products.

Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.

Suggest improvements in product features or sales strategies based on client feedback.

7. Coordination with Internal Teams



Collaborate with marketing, technical, and customer support teams for client solutions.

Provide inputs to marketing for campaign targeting and promotional content.

Ensure proper handover of closed deals to the operations/implementation team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
