Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Sales Executive
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our courses, building strong relationships with potential students, generating leads, and achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential Students through calls, visits, events, and digital channels.
Counsel prospective students and explain course features, benefits, and career outcomes.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets.
Maintain and update lead records, follow-ups, and conversion reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preferred: Marketing, Business Administration, or related field).
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education/training sector.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and target-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred.
