1. Sales Strategy and Execution: o Identify and target new business opportunities in line with company objectives. o Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. o Promote and sell company products and services to new and existing clients. 2. Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. o Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients are well-supported throughout the sales process. 3. Lead Generation and Prospecting: o Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals. o Qualify prospects and move them through the sales pipeline. 4. Negotiation and Closing: o Present sales proposals and conduct negotiations to close deals. o Prepare contracts, pricing, and documentation as needed. 5. Sales Reporting and Analysis: o Track sales performance and report on key metrics to the Sales Manager. o Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and sales trends to assist in strategy formulation. 6. Product Knowledge: o Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity. o Conduct product demonstrations or presentations to clients, showcasing features and benefits. 7. Collaboration and Coordination: o Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure smooth sales processes. o Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
